Taylor project managed a Google Analytics migration and custom implementation project that incurred an unexpected additional 301 hours of development time. Taylor was then tasked with presenting the business case for this to the CFO. Due to her research, preparedness, and one sheet with what the business currently had in place and what the business needed to get to the next level, to everyone’s surprise, the CFO approved the entire project, which was an additional spend of $30K.
